Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing systems primarily for the manufacturing industry, including Job development of business systems and package systems for some of Japan's leading manufacturers, and quality control systems for major construction manufacturers.

■Products Handled:

・Our own package software

・Custom software development

■Number Of People:

・Development Department: 31 people (3 in their 20s, 12 in their 30s, 16 in their 40s or older)

・All projects we work on are direct Job. The development periods vary, from around 2 man-months to over 10 man-months, and we have projects of a wide range of scales.

・For contract software development, we visit our customers directly and discuss the system. The appeal is being able to build a system together with our customers from scratch while looking at their faces. In addition, we can hear customer feedback directly even after the system is implemented, so we feel like we are a part of supporting our customers.

・By developing our own packaged software, we can create versatile software that is acceptable to customers while discussing with our in-house members. The sense of accomplishment when we create something and the experience of working with our members through trial and error are appealing.
