This position sits primarily within Quokka MCN, our creator management division. Quokka also works closely with MegaEvolution, our partner influencer marketing agency. While your primary focus will be growing Quokka's creator network, you'll also support MegaEvolution's influencer campaigns and creator partnerships when needed.
Position Summary
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Manager to lead creator acquisition and talent management within Middle East..
You'll own the creator lifecycle—from identifying promising creators and building relationships to negotiating partnerships, onboarding talent and supporting ongoing campaign opportunities.
Alongside your core MCN responsibilities, you'll occasionally assist MegaEvolution with influencer campaign coordination and creator communications, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys both talent management and client-facing campaign operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuokka MCN (Primary Responsibilities)
- Identify and recruit high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using performance metrics, audience insights, and content quality.
- Build and manage a structured creator outreach pipeline using the company's CRM and internal systems.
- Develop market-specific sourcing strategies based on local trends, creator niches, and platform behaviour.
- Present Quokka's creator program and negotiate partnership terms with prospective creators.
- Prepare commercial proposals using regional pricing frameworks while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Coordinate creator contracts and invoices.
- Manage creator onboarding, including documentation, profile setup, media kits, and onboarding milestones.
- Maintain accurate creator records, rate cards, and communication history within internal databases.
- Source out brand partnerships and recommend suitable creators for campaign opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with signed creators, ensuring consistent communication and ongoing engagement.
MegaEvolution (Secondary Responsibilities)
As business needs require, you may also:
- Support influencer campaign execution for brand clients.
- Coordinate creator communications throughout campaign delivery.
- Assist with creator onboarding onto the MegaEvolution platform.
- Conduct outreach to prospective creators and clients.
- Support campaign reporting, scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Shared Responsibilities
- Monitor influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy developments within your assigned market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Quokka and MegaEvolution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and creator operations.
Work Arrangement
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings)
Working Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day, Mon – Sat), Flexible
Start Date: As soon as possible (pre-onboarding of up to four weeks may be available where required).
Compensation: 400-450 USD
Performance and compensation are reviewed annually based on individual performance and company growth.

Required Qualifications
- Native or professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
- ~2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or account management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
- Familiarity with influencer pricing models, campaign budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing large databases or CRM systems (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different cultures.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
- Experience working within an MCN, influencer agency, creator platform, or startup.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
