Partnership Management mission: You will work alongside our Partnership Management team in maintenance of our partner relationships across 11 GWs of wind, solar and battery storage assets across the U.S. and Canada. You will help with management of our reporting obligations, including preparation of presentation materials, to update partners on operational and financial performance of portfolios in which they are invested. You will also focus on process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Your Profile — Who We Are Looking For We are seeking young talents who are flexible, open to worldwide experiences and passionate about contributing to business and global energy transition. What You’ll Bring Education & Experience Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy or related disciplines 0 to 2 years of experience including internships Skills Analytical mindset, problem ‑ solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity Understanding of budgets and financial statements Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools is a plus Excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience interpreting contractual language is a plus Collaborative team player with the ability to influence others Fluency in Local Language, English is mandatory; additional local languages are a strong asset Values & Commitments Strong willingness and commitment for international mobility during and after the program. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
