Renewal Manager

Location: Poland, fully remote

Contract Type: Umowa o prace tymczasowa

Rate: up to 11000zl/month gross

What you’ll do:

• Support commercial teams with contract expansion and amendment activities
• Prepare commercial documentation and customer communication packages
• Manage requests and transactions within agreed service levels
• Maintain accurate records and opportunity data within Salesforce
• Review contractual information and ensure documentation compliance
• Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to support deal execution

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, deal support, or contract administration
• Experience working in high-volume transactional environments
• Strong Salesforce knowledge
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Nice to know:

• Experience with contract reviews or redlining
• Exposure to commercial operations or revenue teams
• Interest in AI tools and process automation
• Opportunity to work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams in a global environment
