The role You'll be responsible for driving organic visibility through strategic replies on X. As a Reply Guy Expert, you'll help founders and brands dominate conversations by identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting engaging replies, and building meaningful relationships within the crypto ecosystem. What you look like Proven experience growing accounts through engagement on X. Exceptional short-form writing skills. Deep understanding of Crypto Twitter and Web3 communities. Strong instincts for timing, trends, memes, and online conversations. Ability to think quickly and write high-quality replies in real time. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience working in Web3, Crypto Twitter, or social media growth. Excellent writing skills with a natural understanding of internet culture. Deep knowledge of Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and crypto narratives. Strong work ethic and ability to manage engagement across multiple accounts. What we offer Fully remote, flexible schedule.
