Reporting Analyst (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Reporting Analyst for a Hybrid role in Edison, NJ, to join their team! Salary: $70-75K This position focuses on lead sales reporting, controlling pricing structures, and maintaining clean product data. Key Responsibilities Generate monthly commercial sales reports, provide analytical insights to Sales Managers, and manage representative contracts and commission tracking. Maintain customer trade agreements, validate pricing/discount files, and manage promotional programs in coordination with internal teams. Oversee item setups, price lists, and customer portals, ensuring 100% alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems. Identify workflow efficiencies, draft Standard Operating Procedures, and serve as the main cross-functional data liaison. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field). 3–5 years of experience in data administration, sales operations, or pricing management. Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on ERP experience (D365 preferred). Power BI and customer portal management skills are strong pluses. Consumer products or office supplies experience highly preferred.
