Reporting and Data Analyst (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our COO Reporting & Data Analytics team, supporting critical business functions with data-driven insights. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and data analysis across departments including Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop impactful reports and continuously improve reporting capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing: - Gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions - Analyse data and develop reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects and Excel - Support operational decision-making through meaningful insights and visualisations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver shared outcomes - Drive improvements through automation and enhanced reporting processes - Manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines with strong attention to detail - Continuously build your knowledge of GTT systems, platforms and customer requirements What We’re Looking For: Essential: - 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence - Strong Excel and SQL skills - Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools - Familiarity with CRM/ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce) - Understanding of ITIL frameworks and ICT industry fundamentals - Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex datasets - Fluent English and excellent communication skills Nice to have: - Experience in telecoms or IT environments - Knowledge of SAP Business Objects - Understanding of database systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle) - Exposure to network technologies or TCP/IP concepts Why GTT?: Adaptive mindset : You will be encouraged to learn, grow and develop new skills as priorities evolve.
