You'll design the decision logic, reporting frameworks, and compliance guardrails that allow AI to handle reporting autonomously, while ensuring every submission reaches the right regulator, in the right format, at the right time.

• Turn reporting decisions into scalable logic that enables AI to handle an increasing share of regulatory reporting autonomously.

• Translate AML, CFT, and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable solutions for Product and Engineering.
• Use reporting exceptions to continuously improve automation and eliminate repetitive manual work.

💡 If successful in the hiring process, the contractual arrangement would look like this:
🇳🇱 Netherlands: A first contract of 9 months, extended with a second contract of 12 months, followed by an indefinite contract.

💡 For the first 3 months, all new hires are required to be in the office 5 days a week to complete the onboarding process, get to know everyone, and immerse themselves in the culture of bunq. After that, the work arrangement will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
