Reporting MIS Executive | Remote (India)

Job Summary We're looking for a Reporting MIS Executive to support reporting, dashboard development, and business analysis within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate has strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills, excellent English communication, and prior BPO experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain operational and management reports. Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI. Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Generate insights to support business decisions. Automate reporting processes where possible. Work closely with operations and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of reporting/MIS/Data Analyst experience. BPO experience is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas). Experience with SQL. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners are preferred. Working Arrangement Remote (India) Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM IST Additional Requirements Must be based in India. Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection. Able to work independently in a remote environment.
