Positive work environments that offer work/life balance and professional growth Mission-driven work making a global impact with local roots The opportunity to gain hands-on work experience with industry-leading , innovative technology Summary The purpose of this position is to interpret, analyze, research, and report data for Monitoring Authorities, while managing the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data recorded from alcohol monitoring devices in accordance with applicable requirements for assigned jurisdictions. An exceptional customer-service mindset is key to success in this role. The Compliance Reporting Specialist III (CRS III) reports to the Compliance Supervisor, who closely manages the work, and supports projects and matters of limited complexity. Responsibilities Ensure efficiency and accuracy when utilizing company systems, while protecting the integrity of data dissemination in accordance with jurisdictional requirements Review reports for accuracy and compliance with required data content, formatting, delivery methods, and reporting frequency Follow up to correct and transmit all data reports within jurisdictional requirements Assist the Compliance Supervisor with conducting research, preparing reports, and gathering appropriate documentation for court testimony, hearings, and other meetings Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required reports using company databases and Monitoring Authorities’ proprietary software or data management systems Provide support and training to Monitoring Authorities regarding new reports and system changes, as required or requested Provide comprehensive one-on-one training to new hires Lead quarterly training sessions for CRS I and CRS II staff Meet or exceed all assigned deadlines Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of Compliance Reporting Specialist experience At least two years of customer service experience Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus and retain and recall information Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to understand and learn proprietary systems Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to lead group training sessions and manage a classroom environment Adaptability and resourceful thinking in potentially challenging or stressful situations Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy Work Environment This is a fully remote position, Monday through Friday. The vast majority of time is spent sitting in front of a computer. Friendly, fun work environment.
