Reports Analyst – Mid-Senior

The Report Analyst will be responsible for all areas of reporting such as gathering data, development and validation of reports, report documentation and data analysis to guide the team’s decision making and improve performance. This role will work closely with other administrative team members and communicate data and reports with upper management on a regular basis. Gather, document, and analyze data and requirements · Design data recording system · Develop, publish, and schedule reports to meet business requirements · Visually and creatively represent and present data to different levels of management · Take initiative to advance company use of data and statistics · Perform other duties and projects as assigned More than 3 years of experience in similar role · Exceptional attention to details with the ability to identify emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly · With exceptional presentation skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Displays high degree of professionalism in order to handle highly sensitive and confidential information · Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and other reporting tools e.g. Power BI), internet navigation · General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and able to handle simultaneous projects · Can actively build positive relationships with peers and stakeholders · Amenable to work on mid shift and/or night shift schedule and can effectively work on a hybrid set-up (WFH/onsite) as may be neede Bachelor’s degree
