Cube Care Company is looking for a detail-oriented Reports & Operations Auditor to independently review and verify departmental and employee reports. This role ensures information reported to management is accurate, complete, properly documented, and supported by Odoo and company records.
You will identify discrepancies, reporting errors, overdue responsibilities, and operational issues, then document findings and track corrective actions through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Verify reported information against Odoo and supporting records.
- Identify missing information, incorrect figures, duplicate entries, and discrepancies.
- Review employee workloads, completed tasks, and overdue responsibilities.
- Audit purchasing, projects, customer orders, inventory, services, deliveries, and invoicing records.
- Document findings with supporting evidence and required corrective actions.
- Track issues until resolution is independently verified.
- Escalate critical or recurring issues to management.
- Prepare a weekly management audit report summarizing findings and outstanding issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP system.
- Experience reviewing reports and verifying source documentation.
- Strong spreadsheet and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple departments.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
- Purchasing, inventory, accounting support, or operations experience is preferred.
