Job Overview
Southwark Council is seeking an experienced Representations Officer to support the Parking Services and Network Management team.
The role will involve investigating and responding to formal and informal representations, appeals and complaints relating to PCNs, permits and parking suspensions.
The successful candidate will assess evidence, make legally sound decisions, prepare adjudication cases, present evidence to London Tribunals and support a specialist parking customer service environment.

Candidates must have experience in parking enforcement, appeals and representations.
Knowledge of parking and traffic legislation, statutory guidance, PCN processes, permits, suspensions and adjudication hearings is essential.
Experience using Taranto, Response Master or Polaris is highly desirable.

Additional Information
This role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Interview will be held in person at the Tooley Street office.
The interview will be a single-stage informal discussion and will last no longer than 30 minutes.
