Requirements Engineer

Requirements Engineer Join VM.PL and support our long-term client from the IT/finance sector operating on the DACH market We're looking for a Requirements Engineer to join our team and work on a project for one of our long-standing clients – a company providing cutting-edge IT services for financial institutions. In this role, you will: analyze and model business processes, co-create detailed project requirements, support client and internal teams in planning and managing IT projects, collaborate with developers and testers in an agile (SCRUM) environment, define acceptance criteria, create test scenarios, ensure solution quality, identify and evaluate risks, support continuous service and process improvement. You're a great fit if you: have a technical or business degree and experience in IT projects as an analyst, can understand and explain complex systems clearly and effectively, speak both German and English fluently (at least B2/C1), are communicative, analytical, and enjoy working in a team, nice to have: experience in finance, banking, leasing, or payment industries.
