Qualifications: • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements and solutions. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), with the maturity to work autonomously and take initiative. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior management in international environments. • Ownership mindset with a strong delivery focus, able to work under pressure and drive topics end-to-end into production. • Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong practical skills in core tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
