Research Brisbane Full Time Research at Icon Oncology Group
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and collaborative Icon Research team on a 12 month full-time max term contract. As our team continues to grow and evolve, there may be an opportunity for the role to be extended beyond the initial term, subject to business needs. This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, with the majority of work able to be performed remotely, while occasional onsite attendance may be required to support team, stakeholder and business activities.
Reporting to the Research Implementation and Quality Manager, this role provides administrative and coordination support across the Research Quality and Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) programs. You'll play a key role in supporting investigator-led research projects through the maintenance of study documentation, project and portfolio tracking, reporting processes, governance administration and stakeholder communications.
Working closely with the Research Quality team and IIT project staff, you'll help coordinate meetings, maintain records and documentation, support learning and development initiatives, assist with reporting activities, and contribute to the efficient delivery of research programs across Icon Oncology Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working in a project-based environment and wants to contribute to innovative clinical research initiatives.

- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Research Quality and Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) programs
- Coordinate meetings, committees and working groups, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, action tracking and stakeholder communications
- Maintain study documentation, project trackers, reporting tools, databases and records to support research governance and portfolio oversight
- Assist with the preparation, filing and coordination of ethics, governance, regulatory and site documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support research training and education activities, along with continuous improvement initiatives, quality projects and the implementation of new systems and processes

Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in administration, project coordination or business support roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently while building effective working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience within healthcare, research, clinical trials, governance, quality or education environments will be highly regarded
