As a Research Analyst at Landing Point Search Group, you you'll identify exceptional talent, develop lasting candidate relationships, and support executive searches across the financial services industry. What You’ll Do: Build Relationships : Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent through personalized outreach and genuine engagement that sparks meaningful conversations. Research & Market Insights : Develop expertise in the roles and industries we serve, using market research to strengthen search strategies and identify top talent. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience : Ensure every interaction is professional, responsive, and personalized, making candidates feel valued throughout the search process. Collaborate : Partner closely with recruiters to develop search strategies, share market insights, and support multiple searches. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong research and analytical abilities.
