Research Analyst

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for its client.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭

3–4 years of relevant experience.

Must be available to work US hours.Remote – can be based anywhere in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly review all project-related documents and specifications, highlighting important information, requirements, and project scope details

Develop a clear understanding of complete project requirements

Coordinate directly with vendors scheduled for site visits

Collect, document, and handle vendor questions related to the project

Forward relevant queries to the Clients

Project Manager for clarificationFollow up with vendors after site visits

Ensure site reports are completed and submitted on time

Ensure quotations are collected and submitted within the required timeline

Maintain proper documentation and regularly update the CRM/spreadsheet

Requirements

Education: O-level / A-level / St. Michael / St. Paul / St. Patrickpreferred

Female candidates preferred (male candidates may also apply)

Excellent English-speaking skills (US accent / British accent preferred)

Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbalProfessional communication and vendor/client dealing skills

Strong research, coordination, and organizational abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to understand project requirements thoroughly

Strong follow-up and time-management skills

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Proper documentation and accurate CRM/spreadsheet updates

Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Minimum Intel i3 processor (or equivalent) required

Minimum 15 Mbps internet speed required

Must be able to connect on Zoom, share screen, keep microphone unmuted at all times, and work in a quiet environment with no background noise
