Research Coordinator
Research NetworkResearch Coordinator
Remote · Full-time
You're the person our customers and participants talk to.
Research Network is based in Singapore, operating for more than ten years and working with organisations large and small across the globe. Through our platform, we connect organisations with a community of people who take part in paid research.
Our mission is to make understanding customers and citizens something organisations can reach for whenever they need it.
The role
You'll help clients get started on our platform, plan their research projects and keep arrangements on track. You'll answer client and participant questions, resolve day-to-day issues and coordinate changes to project schedules. You're the human connection between our clients and our community — the reason a project feels personal rather than a transaction.
The role also includes following up with clients who haven't completed registration or project setup, and identifying opportunities to upsell projects that meet their research needs.
What you'll do
Guide new clients through registration and project setup.
Plan projects with clients and check project details before they proceed.
Answer client and participant questions by phone, video call and in writing.
Coordinate schedule changes and reschedule research sessions when needed.
Support clients with day-to-day use of the platform.
Follow up with clients who have started but not completed registration or project setup.
Identify opportunities to upsell projects where these meet the client's research needs.
What you bring
You are a team player, compassionate and articulate.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Confidence answering questions and explaining platform processes.
Strong organisation and attention to detail when checking project information, coordinating schedules and following up.
Comfort discussing clients' needs and recommending suitable project options.
Confidence using online tools and learning new software.
Nice to have
Experience with sales and qualitative research panels, participant recruitment or fieldwork coordination is welcome, but not required.
