FLORIDA RESIDENT CANDIDATES RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing, administering, and compliance tracking of education/training for research staff members and investigators. Assists in identifying learning needs of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or research department-wide basis. Works with clinic management staff to facilitate protocol-specific training for nursing and pharmacy staff. Assists in the development of education-based corrective action plans (CAPA) and ensures training/retraining requirements are met. QUALIFICATIONS Education: BSN or higher - Previous Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in oncology - Minimum of 2 years clinical research experience #LI-DL1 #FCS-RES SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screens Safeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve.
