Research Scientist at BairesDev

As a Research Scientist, you will push the boundaries of machine learning by developing novel algorithms and conducting rigorous experiments. You will transition theoretical concepts into state-of-the-art models, contributing to the broader AI community through high-impact research and publications.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement innovative machine learning algorithms to solve complex data challenges.
• Conduct large-scale experiments using PyTorch to validate research hypotheses and improve model performance.
• Document research findings and contribute to top-tier AI/ML publications and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced research into production-ready solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Research, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in conducting ML research and developing novel algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience in running complex experiments and publishing findings in major AI venues.
• Strong background in experimental design and advanced mathematical modeling.
