We're Hiring: Research Specialist (Middle East) | Remote

We're looking for a Research Specialist to support healthcare research projects through executive interviews, stakeholder engagement, and outreach activities.

📍 Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Kenya, or Philippines)

🕒 Monday-Friday | 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities • Conduct interviews with healthcare executives and industry experts

• Engage with hospitals, clinics, providers, and payer organizations

• Perform outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Document research findings and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals

Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in Research, Account Management, Customer Success, Stakeholder Engagement, or similar roles

• Experience interacting with managers, directors, executives, or senior stakeholders

• Strong communication, interviewing, and documentation skills

• Comfortable with outreach activities and relationship building

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Language Requirement (Mandatory) • Professional English + Professional French

OR

• Professional English + Professional German

⚠️ Candidates must be professionally fluent in English and at least one additional language (French or German).

Nice to Have • Healthcare, Healthcare Technology, Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare Consulting experience

• Salesforce or CRM experience
