🔬 We’re Hiring: Scientific Researchers for Short-Term Research Collaboration
Deaimer (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for researchers with hands-on scientific or computational research experience to support a specialized research and benchmark-development project.
This is a short-term engagement of approximately 2–4 hours. We are looking for researchers who actively work in their scientific field and can contribute their domain expertise to the design and validation of a technical research proposal/workflow.
We are currently interested in researchers from areas including:
• Electrical Power Systems / State Estimation
• Mechanical Vibrations / Rotordynamics
• Computational Materials Science / CALPHAD
• Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / CRISPR
• Physical Oceanography / Marine Sciences
• Medical Physics / Radiation Oncology
• Analytical Chemistry / NMR Spectroscopy
• Neuroscience / Electrophysiology
• Ecology / Molecular Ecology
• Astrophysics / Gravitational Lensing
• Applied Mathematics / Scientific Computing
Ideal candidates may be:
PhD Students or Candidates, Postdoctoral Researchers, Research Associates, Research Fellows, Lecturers, Assistant/Associate Professors, Laboratory Research Scientists, Computational Scientists, Clinical Medical Physicists, or Industry R&D Scientists.
The most important requirement is direct experience with the relevant scientific workflow. Academic title alone is not the deciding factor.
Preferred evidence of expertise includes:
Relevant thesis/dissertation, research publication or preprint, conference work, scientific software or GitHub repository, research dataset, laboratory/computational research experience, university profile, Google Scholar, ORCID, or similar research profile.
This opportunity may be particularly suitable for PhD students, postdocs, and research associates working in computational science who are interested in scientific benchmark development and research collaboration.
