We’re looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join our existing team in North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new fast-paced and dynamic team where you’ll be working on a project that really makes a difference to our residents and improves ways of working. You’ll be dealing with Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould cases, seeing them through to conclusion and often helping customers who may be vulnerable.

Our residents are our priority, and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.
