Residential Assistant Superintendent

What You'll Do Assist the Residential Superintendent in managing residential roofing projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and job schedules to ensure projects run efficiently. Perform job site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with company standards. Communicate with homeowners, Project Managers, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project. Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor job progress and report project updates. Assist with resolving job site issues and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Verify materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe. Complete job documentation, photos, and production reports using company software. Participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings. Support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Previous roofing or construction experience required; residential roofing experience preferred. Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to read work orders, scopes of work, and manufacturer installation specifications. Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds as needed. Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer software. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Background Check Requirement Because this position involves driving, access to customer properties, and handling company equipment and materials, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on job-related criteria, including safety, driving responsibilities, and protection of company and customer property.
