Role Description

The Residential Design Supervisor at Seeeda | سيدا will focus on supervision of planning and designing residential spaces and custom homes that align with client needs and local standards. Day-to-day tasks include organize meetings with clients and understand their needs, reviewing architectural drawings, following up with contractors, and provide suggestions to contractors on the design.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring that designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with relevant regulations. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Egypt, with a potential for relocation to Kuwait if candidate progress in providing quality to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Residential Design and Custom Homes, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, well-detailed solutions.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design principles, including building codes, space planning, and structural considerations.
• Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating accurate drawings, models, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects on a part-time schedule.
• Relevant academic background in architecture, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Kuwait is an advantage, as well as experience in residential or mixed-use projects.
