Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience

The client is a multi-generation Long Island residential builder focused on new home construction, large-scale renovations/remodels, and custom kitchens — mid-to-high end work with some luxury/craftApplication Formsmanship projects.

What they’ll own

• Quantity takeoffs and material lists

• Change orders and quote review (ensure pricing aligns with scope)

• Working from incomplete plan sets when systems/details aren’t fully drawn clarifying scope and filling gaps without always being able to walk the job

• Keeping estimates current when material lists/selections change on the fly

• Dedicated estimator model (one client focus), embedded with the team

Required Skills

• New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market familiarity (product mix varies by market; NY-specific experience is very helpful)

• Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations

• Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings
