Residential Program Manager About the Role We’re seeking a Residential Program Manager who leads with compassion, communicates with confidence, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, you’ll oversee host home placements, family caregivers, and supported apartment services—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe, respectful, and compliant environments. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and can balance relationship-building with accountability and compliance.
