We are seeking a Resilience Engagement Coordinator to support the Resilience Programme by driving the adoption of resilience criteria across projects and practices. This role offers an opportunity to help shape how climate adaptation and resilience (A&R) finance is delivered, ensuring it reaches the sectors and communities that need it most. Our mission is to develop trusted standards, tools, and market intelligence that accelerate the transition to a climate-resilient and low-carbon economy How you'll contribute Uptake & adoption of resilience criteria Drives awareness and adoption of resilience criteria among target users, with a particular focus on South Asia engagement and practical implementation. Support the understanding and adoption of resilience criteria among financial institutions, government bodies, corporates, and policymakers. Support country-level engagement to facilitate localisation and on-the-ground implementation. Identify opportunities to scale uptake through partnerships, stakeholder networks, and events. Support identification of potential projects, collaborations, and funding opportunities linked to uptake. Work with internal teams to align engagement with broader organisational priorities. Stakeholder engagement and coordination Support the Resilience Taxonomy Manager with external stakeholders involved in criteria development and application, ensuring continuous and effective engagement across criteria:. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Industry Working Group (IWG) members at the South Asian and global level. Data collection and engagement with government and non-government bodies. Build and maintain a database of all the members and sector-relevant stakeholders, including engagement strategies tailored to each. Support active participation and representation of the right organisations across all working groups. Communication and outreach Ensures Climate Bonds resilience criteria work is communicated clearly and consistently to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to non-specialist stakeholders. Work with internal teams: communications, engagement, and programme teams -to deliver clear messaging on resilience. Translate technical resilience criteria content into accessible formats for non-technical audiences. Support external communication initiatives including webinars, conferences, and stakeholder briefings. Training and technical assistance Supports the development and delivery of practical tools and capacity-building activities that enable stakeholders to understand and apply ARIA criteria. Support the development and delivery of training materials, usability guidance, and toolkits. Assist in organising and delivering workshops and capacity-building sessions at India and global level. Gather user feedback to improve the usability of criteria, tools, and guidance materials. Contribute to technical assistance activities aimed at supporting criteria users. Internal alignment and support Works closely with Resilience analysts and the Resilience Taxonomy Managerto ensure internal coherence across criteria development, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. Work closely with ARIA Resilience Analysts to develop working understanding of technical criteria content. Ensure all internal stakeholders are supported to understand and engage with criteria development progress. Organise internal alignment sessions and support cross-team community of practice activities. Support identification of potential projects, collaborations, and funding opportunities linked to ARIA uptake. You should apply if you can demonstrate... Essential: Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or project coordination. Experience delivering training or capacity-building initiatives. Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in a collaborative role in climate, environment, or sustainable finance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail in written and verbal communications. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, economics, finance, engineering, urban planning, sustainability, or a related discipline Experience in A&R and engagement with financial market stakeholders in emerging markets. Experience in climate risk assessment. Strong consulting background with work experience across South and East Asia. Familiarity with sustainable finance standards and/or taxonomies.
