Resource Specialist-Partner Success
NexbenSalary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Hourly Objective: The resource specialist plays a critical role in supporting the partner success team during open enrollment by providing administrative, operational, and customer support services. This position is responsible for managing detailed, high-volume tasks that support enrollment and re-enrollment activities, including report generation, data validation, document review, customer communications, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment with minimal supervision. This role helps ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of enrollment-related processes while delivering responsive support to both internal and external business partners. This is a seasonal position , beginning in September 2026 and concluding in January 2027 . Strong written communication skills with experience managing professional email correspondence. Ability to prioritize competing demands and perform accurately under tight deadlines and high-volume workloads. Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data validation activities preferred. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent recommended Experience in customer service is preferred. Knowledge of Commercial healthcare insurance preferred General Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Mental Functions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to compare, analyze, communicate, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute, synthesize, evaluate, use interpersonal skills, compile, and negotiate. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with level three hybrid-remote work permission. Level three hybrid-remote work is a primarily remote position with the option to reserve desk space at our Michigan location. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern time. Occasional weekends may be required during peak times or as deemed necessary. Must have the ability to be self-directed, be an influential producer, and remain culturally engaged. Travel: This position does not require travel.
