Working closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers, you'll assess candidate suitability, support them through the recruitment journey, and help employers find the right talent. What you’ll do as a Resourcer Screen candidates and learners for employment and training opportunities, assessing their skills, qualifications and suitability against employer requirements Provide advice, guidance and constructive feedback to help candidates prepare for interviews, training programmes and new roles Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers to understand vacancy requirements and support successful fulfilment Build strong relationships with internal colleagues, candidates, learners and external partners to maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable applicants Accurately record candidate activity, screening outcomes and progression within recruitment and customer relationship management systems Monitor screening performance, identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate quality and recruitment outcomes Does this sound like you?
