Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for restructuring assignments to include planning and executing strategies for liquidations, receiverships and examinership assignments Advising clients on restructuring, corporate recovery, insolvency and general business issues and resolving problems as they arise Liaising with legal advisors, property advisors, project managers, architects and other professionals and business providers Working with clients to ensure delivery of strategies Preparation of reports for clients Ensuring projects and cases are completed within appropriate timeframe and budget Coaching and mentoring trainees within team Other ad hoc department issues when required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or other relevant qualification Have good technical knowledge Previous Corporate Recovery or Restructuring experience is preferable but not essential Have experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients IT skills; must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Driven with the ability to use own initiative Good communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills Good time management and organisational skills Commercial awareness.
