About SINGU At SINGU , we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business. Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide , supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started. Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus. If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation. Having scaled rapidly from a strong regional foundation into a pan-European platform, Singu now serves complex enterprise organisations across multiple countries and verticals. Retail is one of our strongest segments: shopping centres, retail parks and retail chains across CEE run hundreds of locations on thin margins with demanding tenants, and they feel the cost of poor facility data immediately. This role owns new retail revenue across the region. Role Overview The Account Executive, Retail (CEE) is a quota-carrying new business role responsible for winning and growing retail accounts across Central and Eastern Europe. It sells to both sides of the retail market: landlords and asset managers running shopping centre and retail park portfolios, and retail chains operating large estates of their own stores. The two buy for different reasons and the role is expected to know the difference. Retail deals rarely stop at one property. The mandate is to land a first portfolio or region and then expand it deliberately across sites, countries and use cases, not to leave a single-site win to look after itself. You will run the territory as a business: your own pipeline, your own qualification standard and a forecast that holds. Solution Consulting, Marketing and Business Development support you, but the commercial outcome is yours. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition Own a new business quota for retail accounts across CEE. Build and work a territory plan covering centre and retail park owners, asset and property managers and retail chain operators. Generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline rather than relying on inbound or BDR coverage. Run diagnostic sales conversations grounded in operating cost, compliance and tenant experience. Portfolio Expansion Convert first wins into portfolio-wide adoption across sites, regions and countries. Expand the buying group beyond the initial sponsor: operations, FM, finance, procurement and IT. Identify and sequence whitespace across each retail group’s estate with Customer Success. Deal Execution Qualify and progress opportunities to a MEDDICC standard, with an evidenced business case and access to the economic buyer. Multi-thread every material deal so it survives a change of sponsor. Negotiate with discipline, build value and protect pricing rather than defaulting to discount. Work with Solution Consulting on credibly scoped evaluations, and hold the line between selling and solutioning. Forecasting and Governance Maintain CRM hygiene: stage integrity, next steps, close dates and qualification fields. Forecast honestly and early; surface slipping deals rather than defending them. Contribute to the retail playbook: objections, competitive intelligence and repeatable use cases. Measures of Success New retail ARR won across CEE Portfolio expansion: locations and countries added within won accounts Self-generated pipeline as a share of total pipeline Forecast accuracy and stage integrity Win rate against regional incumbents and in-house alternatives What We’re Looking For English plus one CEE language at business level: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian. Track record of carrying and hitting a new business quota in B2B SaaS or technology, in multi-stakeholder deals. Hunter first. Comfortable with a cold territory and generating your own pipeline. Structured seller: MEDDICC or comparable, used in practice. Forecast discipline and commercial integrity Retail, real estate, FM or multi-site operations experience is a strong advantage. Willing to travel across CEE and to work across languages and cultures within a deal team. If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
