Questo ruolo è fondamentale per sostenere la crescita, la redditività e l’eccellenza operativa della rete in franchising. Attraverso una stretta collaborazione con gli affiliati, attività di consulenza e coaching, analisi delle performance e individuazione di nuove opportunità di sviluppo, contribuirai a garantire un’applicazione coerente della strategia retail, massimizzando le vendite, l’esperienza del cliente e il successo del business nel lungo periodo.

Di cosa ti occuperai

• Collaborare con i partner per favorire la crescita delle vendite, la redditività e l’eccellenza operativa nel territorio assegnato.

• Offrire consulenza, formazione e supporto al business, assicurando un’applicazione coerente degli standard retail, delle iniziative di marketing, communicazione e dei nuovi programmi.

• Analizzare le performance aziendali, monitorare i KPI e condurre periodiche business review per individuare opportunità e migliorare i risultati.

• Sviluppare e gestire i piani commerciali di area, le iniziative di investimento e i piani operativi annuali (AOP).

• Collaborare con il team Sales all’implementazione delle strategie di sell-out, con l’obiettivo di aumentare la quota di mercato e la quota di business.

• Individuare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di franchising attraverso analisi di mercato, studi di geomarketing e valutazioni della rete di rivenditori.

• Costruire relazioni solide con i partner della rete e sostenerne il successo nel lungo periodo attraverso visite regolari sul territorio e un supporto concreto e diretto.

Il profilo che cerchiamo

• 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito vendite, marketing, franchising, communicazione, gestione del personale e sviluppo di reti retail.

• Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche operative del franchising, delle reti di concessionari o del settore retail automotive.

• Comprovata capacità di analizzare le performance aziendali, interpretare dati finanziari e generare risultati misurabili.

• Ottime capacità di comunicazione, presentazione, formazione e gestione degli stakeholder.

• Spiccate doti relazionali, unite alla capacità di influenzare, affiancare, motivare e responsabilizzare i partner.

• Approccio proattivo e flessibile, con solide capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e problem solving.

• Disponibilità a trascorrere una parte significativa del tempo sul territorio, lavorando a stretto contatto con affiliati e clienti.

Range retributivo: €37.800 - €59.400
