In Indonesia, we are operating 16 stores in Jabodetabek and 2 in Yogyakarta & Surabaya Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in any design field; other fields considered with a relevant portfolio Design experience and/or upstream visual merchandising background Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a strong plus (used for product/merchandising visualisation and 3D design for certain comms materials) Fluency in spoken and written English Experience in a sport, lifestyle or retail brand environment would be a strong plus Minimum 2 years experience in related field Job Description: 1. Designing Layout Concepts Create concept plans and storyboards for retail spaces. Research design trends and consumer behavior to predict market needs. Use 3D, VR, and AI tools to test and innovate new layouts. 2. Developing Design Strategies Partner with merchandising teams to align layouts with business goals. Build and share 3D asset libraries for the team. Choose materials, manage design partners, and create official guideline books. 3. Managing Projects (Conception to Delivery) Support project managers from early prototypes to full-scale rollouts. Monitor design tools and coordinate with purchasing. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while minimizing environmental impact.
