Retail Listing Consultant (Project Basis)

DR. BROWS Vienna is looking for an experienced consultant to prepare our selective retail listing dossier and lead the buyer process.

About the brand

DR. BROWS Vienna is a premium cosmetics and perfumery brand .Our goal is to position the brand in selective retail channels such as Douglas, Niche Beauty, ICI Paris XL, Notino and comparable retailers.

Scope of the project

• Prepare a buyer-ready brand pitch dossier

• Build the line sheet: product, EAN, volume, wholesale price and RRP

• Define pricing and margin structure, MOQ, payment and return terms, and run a competitive positioning analysis

• Outline the support plan: testers, staff training, launch and marketing activities

• Review the regulatory file: EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, CPNP notification, PIF/CPSR, IFRA compliance, GMP/ISO 22716 and product liability insurance. Identify gaps and coordinate with a regulatory affairs consultant where needed

• Identify each target retailer's brand application channel and buyer contact process

• Prepare for and follow up on the first buyer meetings

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in selective fragrance/cosmetics retail (buyer, key account or brand development side) • Track record of successful brand listings with Douglas, Niche Beauty, Notino, Sephora or similar retailers

• Strong knowledge of the DACH region and European selective retail landscape

• Working knowledge of cosmetics regulation and labelling

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; fluent English required, German and Turkish a plus

• Remote work; in-person meetings possible in Vienna or Istanbul
