Retail Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative and organised Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday-Friday

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be involved in campaign planning, content creation, event support, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll help deliver marketing activity across multiple channels and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating marketing campaigns across social media, print, PR, and in-store channels
• Managing internal communications and post-campaign analysis
• Writing and editing content for publications and product communications
• Supporting campaigns across all brands
• Building relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Managing campaign budgets and printed materials
• Contributing to team goals with a proactive and positive attitude

• Background in marketing, communications, or administration
• Experience planning and delivering projects
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Creative, curious, and passionate
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and marketing tools
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
