Previous experience at an agency or client-side. You are motivated, keen to learn, and passionate about making a difference. We value a data geek who transforms numbers into compelling narratives and tangible outcomes. While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone committed to continuous improvement and growth. Responsibilities: Manage and optimise retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Search and Display activations across non-Amazon retail networks (primarily Walmart, Target, and Criteo). Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets. Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting. Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights. Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives. Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices Qualifications: Knowledge & Experience Requirements. 1 year of experience working with search and/or display advertising campaigns (retail media, paid search, or paid social), preferably in an agency setting. Soft skills familiar with agency environments and strong attention to detail. Executives will be focused on daily pacing, campaign creation, optimizing, reporting, and any ad hoc requests and data pulls.. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience, with the ability to pull, organise, and analyse campaign data to spot trends and produce high-quality, client-ready documents.
