On our Client Solutions team, you’ll connect with Sun Life clients by phone , listen closely to their goals, and deliver tailored retirement recommendations that fit their stage of life. What you’ll do Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their decisions Provide personalized financial advice aligned to each client’s goals, life stage, and needs Translate complex financial concepts into simple, relatable guidance Stay curious and continuously learn, keeping up to date on products, tools, and industry trends Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team where success is shared and celebrated Why this role is special: This role is focused on supporting and advising existing Sun Life clients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships without the need for cold calling or new client prospecting. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you connect easily and authentically A natural ability to listen, understand, and guide others Self motivated and can work independently Minimum of 1-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
