Posted Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 5:00 AM Revenue Analyst What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Revenue Analyst within our North American Fuel division. This role will be located in CORPAY’s Atlanta office, being a key member of USVP business team and specifically to support the North America Trucking business. The candidate will be in charge of financial planning & analysis for LOB/division, including variance analysis, short term/long term forecasting and budgeting. He/she will structure and analyze complex & diverse financial, business and customer data to drive business insights and optimize product pricing and revenue model. The candidate will also work with cross-functional team to identify and execute actionable revenue improvement initiatives and business strategies. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and complex environment. Additionally, he/she must be a strong collaborator, recognized for building credibility, commitment and energy within the team and with business leaders. How We Work As a Revenue Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Atlanta, GA and is hybrid working in the office three days per week Company-issued equipment and remote access Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Monitor business and financial performance on regular basis, explain variance from business perspective, lead the financial planning process including short term & strategic long-term business planning Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for LOB/division including monthly variance analysis, rolling forecast and budget Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on various business matters, provide valuable data-driven insight to facilitate business decision making Identify business model improvement opportunities and actionable initiatives through robust analytics, working independently and within the team to implement the initiatives Develop critical business KPI reports to provide insights to business leaders to stay on top of their business trends and manage any risks and upsides Develop financial models and utilize statistical analysis to drive decisions on customer pricing and forecast customer & market trends Proactively partner with leadership and operations to improve our ways of working Leverage large amount of data to solve business issues and support various functional team with data-driven insights Qualifications & Skills 2 – 4 years’ experience in highly analytical roles, preferably in finance or revenue management Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts succinctly and effectively Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to break-down broad objectives into tactical goals and effectively communicate to the team Proficiency in working with complex and large volumes of data, with the ability to create analysis and translate that into specific, targeted actions to drive results Proficient in business analytics and tools including advanced Excel, Power Point, and SQL skills; Tableau, Alteryx a plus Self-motivated with ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self, flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate, ability to adapt to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and complex work environment Ability to define, implement and improve process, ability to quickly grasp the business issues of a situation and develop the best solution Ability to manage to deadlines, to work independently and with little supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness and ability to learn Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required; Master’s degree is preferable but not required.
