Description:
Performs quality assurance reviews for all MCI Revenue Cycle departments ( All Pre-Registration, Clinic and Treatment Authorizations, and Billing) following HIPAA, AHCA, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.
Estimated pay range for this position is $21.66 - $27.51 / hour depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
Two years minimum experience in a health care environment with knowledge of the revenue cycle (All Pre-Registration, Treatment and Clinic Authorizations, Billing, etc.
).
Experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Office products MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.
Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized and able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes.
Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in an active work environment with changing work needs.
Fosters and exemplifies high ethical standards and strategic practices to enhance the success of the organization.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools.
High level of attention to detail.
