Job Summary B uild s , deliver s , and sustain s enablement programs, content, and communications across multiple products, processes, and business owners, to keep the business informed, productive, and ready to execute. Key Responsibilities Coordinate s and facilitate s new hire onboarding and role-based training. Create s , maintain s , and organize s enablement content (playbooks, job aids, presentations, learning materials) . Develop s and distribute s sales communications, ensuring timely, clear, and actionable updates . Build s and manage s learning experiences in the LMS and knowledge management platforms . Partner s with subject matter experts to develop training and reinforce new initiatives . Support s product launches, process changes, and sales initiatives with training and enablement assets . Gather s feedback from the field and identif ies opportunities to improve content, training, and programs . Track s enablement metrics and help s measure program effectiveness . Provide s day-to-day support for sellers and managers, connecting them with the right resources and best practices. Education A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Business , Communications , Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree. Experience At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, learning and development, training, sales operations, or related experience coordinating or facilitating sales new hire onboarding and ongoing learning programs, with a proven background managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables. Must also be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong instructional design and content development skills, including presentations, job aids, playbooks, eLearning, and facilitator guides Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable content Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product Operations, and leadership. Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in -person training sessions. Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change. Special Position Requirements Travel for this role is required, and expected to be up to 10% of work time. Willing and able to attend virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.
