Role Description As a Revenue Management Specialist at SUM Hospitality, you will play a key role in optimizing pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies for hotel clients. In this full-time remote role, you will analyze performance data, monitor market trends, and adjust rate structures to maximize revenue and occupancy. You will collaborate with hotel management and sales teams to develop and implement revenue plans, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing reports, reviewing key performance indicators, managing online distribution channels, and communicating recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in revenue management, including pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory control.

- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly in revenue or reservations, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, channel managers, and Excel or similar analytical tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
