Program Overview

The Regal Rexnord Industrial Powertrain Systems Revenue Management Internship Program is a full-time, 11-week paid internship at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027, with an opportunity to work part time during the Fall semester. Students must be able to work full-time at the Milwaukee location.

The program provides hands-on experience in strategic pricing, commercial analytics, and revenue management. The intern will support the Revenue Management Strategic Pricing workstream, partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze commercial performance, improve agreement economics, and support implementation of new price management and price optimization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial impact of historical agreement changes to understand customer price sensitivity by customer segment and product line
• Analyze pricing agreements, rebates, and discount programs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ongoing improvements to price realization measurement and reporting.
• Assist with OEM agreement reviews and discount optimization initiatives.
• Develop Excel-based analyses and models to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Support implementation of price management and optimization software.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership communications and project updates.
• Assist with various Strategic Pricing and Revenue Management projects.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in pricing, commercial finance, or revenue management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, data cleaning, charting, and structured financial or commercial analysis.
• Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets, reconcile differences, document assumptions, and draw practical conclusions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take direction, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on deliverables.
• Interest in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, finance, or revenue management preferred.
• Comfort working across functional teams and asking questions to understand commercial processes and business context.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Word; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, R, ERP, CRM, or pricing software is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and contribute.

Compensation Details

• $21 - $26 per hour
• The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Travel

• Limited travel (up to 10%)
