We're looking for a Revenue Manager who thrives on turning data into revenue growth. This role is about taking action, making smart pricing decisions, and helping properties outperform the market.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Taking ownership of pricing and revenue performance across a portfolio of properties

✅ Identifying underperforming listings and uncovering what's limiting bookings

✅ Using competitor and market data to make strategic pricing adjustments

✅ Managing PriceLabs rules, overrides, minimum stays, and seasonal pricing strategies

✅ Working closely with operations to improve listing performance and conversion rates

🎯 What You’ll Bring to the Table:

✔ Proven experience managing pricing or revenue for short-term rental properties

✔ Strong analytical skills and confidence in making decisions backed by data

✔ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise

✔ Hands-on experience with PriceLabs or similar dynamic pricing tools

✔ A track record of improving occupancy, ADR, revenue, or booking performance

✔ A proactive mindset; spotting issues, proposing solutions, and taking action without waiting to be asked
