Revenue Operations Associate

A lot of those customers first find us through events, either discovering the platform for the first time, or realizing we can solve a problem they're already stuck on. As a Revenue Operations Associate , you'll join our Revenue Operations team and help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support growth across the business. You'll work closely with our Go-to-Market teams, keeping information flowing smoothly and handling day-to-day controllership queries. You'll report to the Global Head of Revenue Operations. You are the ideal candidate if you Have 1-3 years of experience in finance, sales admin, or customer support roles Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal Pay close attention to detail and have some experience with data governance Are comfortable juggling a few priorities at once Bonus points if you know your way around Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems Your Responsibilities As a Revenue Operations Associate at Bitrise you will be Keep revenue processes consistent, and maintain clean systems and reporting Own and improve key revenue processes, including quote-to-cash Manage integrations and automations within our tech stack Maintain dashboards and share insights on performance Coordinate between Sales, Finance, and Ops Document processes and help teams adopt core workflows Support the team with RevOps data insights and light planning Bring clarity and alignment to your area of ownership Keep revenue data accurate and consistent across systems Spot small-scale improvements and follow through on them Iterate on quote-to-cash, billing, and reporting flows What We Offer A front-row seat to how the world's top mobile teams build and ship apps The stability of a financially healthy, growing company with a global customer base A remote-first setup, with opportunities to meet the team in person Exposure to a global customer portfolio A competitive stock options package Private medical insurance and life assurance A base salary in the range of Ft600,000 - Ft800,000 gross monthly and 10% annual company bonus About Bitrise Bitrise is a continuous integration and delivery platform, built by and for mobile app developers.
