Revenue Operations Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing, global technology business looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and drive operational excellence across the entire customer journey.

This is a highly visible role reporting into the Head of Revenue Operations, focused on improving processes, systems and reporting across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.

What you'll be doing:

• Optimising lead management, onboarding, renewal and customer lifecycle processes
• Owning and improving Revenue Operations workflows across multiple teams
• Managing CRM and marketing automation best practices (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
• Driving reporting, data quality and operational performance
• Building SOPs, playbooks and scalable processes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, CS and Finance

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or Marketing Operations
• Experience within SaaS, technology, EdTech or subscription businesses
• Strong HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience
• Proven background improving cross-functional processes and ways of working
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with reporting, data and operational metrics

Nice to have:

• Marketing automation and lead lifecycle management experience
• Campaign tracking, attribution and data governance knowledge
• Exposure to BI tools, SQL or data analytics
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
