About Hypergen Hypergen is a B2B lead generation agency working with startups across the US, UK, and EU. We run outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline - and that means our systems, data, and workflows need to be rock solid behind the scenes. 🛠️ What You'll Do Build and optimize GTM workflows and processes , with a strong focus on top-of-funnel operations. Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance - pipelines, automations, reporting, data hygiene. Build and maintain enrichment and outbound workflows using Clay . Set up and manage integrations between our GTM tools. Use Claude / Claude Code to build internal tools, automations, and process efficiencies. Own end-to-end implementation of new tools and processes as we scale. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep GTM strategy aligned. 🧠 Must-Haves Proven experience in RevOps (or Sales/Marketing Ops) for B2B companies. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, pipelines, reporting, automation). Hands-on experience with Clay , or strong working knowledge and confidence to use it. Experience with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI tools applied to GTM/ops work. Experience building processes and implementations from scratch. Excellent communication and project management skills - comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams. Available part-time and able to deliver reliably on a flexible schedule. Bonus points if... You've worked across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success (full-funnel view). Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, ClickUp, or Instantly. You're active in RevOps communities (RevOps Co-op, RevOps Chat, etc.). You're bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus. What We Offer Competitive rate based on experience.
