The Role

You'll own the systems and data that make a recruitment business run. CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, campaign tracking, and building AI-driven workflows that cut manual work out of the desk.

This is not admin support — it’s building the operating layer of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own CRM data quality, structure, and reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards on pipeline, placements, and BD activity

• Automate manual processes using AI tools and no-code platforms

• Support outreach campaigns — sequencing, tracking, response analysis

• Turn raw activity data into weekly numbers the team acts on

• Test and roll out new tech across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate, any discipline — a commercial, tech, or analytical background helps

• Genuinely fluent with AI tools, not just aware of them

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data, and systems

• Strong personality, direct communicator, happy pushing back on senior people

• Self-directed — remote means you’ll be figuring a lot out on your own

• Based in Ireland
