Randall Reilly is expanding the capabilities of its Sales Operations function to support a growing and increasingly complex revenue organization. The Revenue Systems & Operations Manager will own the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the systems, data, reporting, automation, and processes that support sales performance. This role is intentionally designed to complement Sales Operations leadership with deeper hands-on expertise in CRM architecture, analytics, automation, revenue technology, and systems execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can understand how systems and processes work together, improve them, and turn data into actionable business insights. The position will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners across the organization.
CRM, Systems & Revenue Technology
- Serve as a hands-on HubSpot subject matter expert, including administration, architecture, data structure, workflows, custom objects/properties, permissions, governance, and optimization.
- Build and maintain automation, integrations, and system improvements that increase efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
- Evaluate and implement sales and revenue technology, including practical applications of AI and automation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, sales performance, forecasting, and revenue activity.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Build analytical models using Google Sheets and other BI/reporting tools and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Process & Operational Improvement
- Map, document, and improve sales and revenue processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and use technology and automation to improve them.
- Establish repeatable processes, standards, and controls that improve consistency and scalability.
Technical & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead or support CRM, technology, reporting, and process-improvement projects from requirements through testing, deployment, documentation, and adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, IT, and other teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, quota and goal tracking, territory administration, and sales reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM, Business Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related function.
- Hands-on CRM administration and optimization experience; HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Experience with CRM workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex sales or revenue data.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes through technology and automation.
- Strong organization, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced HubSpot administration or architecture experience.
- Experience with CRM data modeling, custom objects, integrations, or APIs.
- Experience with BI, data visualization, forecasting, or advanced Google Sheets.
- Experience implementing sales/revenue technology or AI-enabled automation.
- Experience with quota setting, goal tracking, territory planning, or revenue forecasting.
